Really good Beachfront Stay

The resort features an amazing beach with clear water I found comparable to the Maldives. The staff distributed complimentary water bottles. This ensured we stayed hydrated under the Arabian sun. The pools are large and accommodate both families and adults.

The check-in process was delayed because the staff had trouble locating my name. The key card I received was initially not activated. This caused a delay of about 45 minutes before I could access my room.

the beach area was nice, and the attention to detail was great. the bed was cozy. the hotel overall was very good. i really liked the yoga class by the sea!!!

the check in was smooth and people are helpful here. breakfast was good with multiple options. wifi is excellent and fast, i like the room here. i'm here for a business trip and i couldn't go to the beach.

Check in process was delayed as the staff couldn't find my name and the key card given was not activated. This delayed my check in experience to 45 minutes.

the breakfast had ample options including eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit; service staff are quick and accommodating. the coffee and tea selection is great, they brew it on demand. seating is comfortable and spacious, never felt crowded.

everyone helped greatly. stephanie samoisi kept in touch with me through email during my entire stay. she always quickly helped with my questions! her coworker kawtar najiri also supported me from the start and did an amazing job.

the check in was slow because the staff could not find my name. also, the key card i got was not activated! it made my check in take 45 minutes. i was directed to a smaller breakfast area and did not know both sides had different items. i wish i knew the other side had more vegetarian options
